The Mortgage Process.
Step 1 Free orientation meeting
We have an initial meeting or call about your wishes, questions and future plans. The appointment can be made at a time and place that suits you best. In this call we generaly look if FAC Hypotheken can help you. You also get a good picture about the follow-up process and the approach of FAC Hypotheken.
We will advise you on what is involved, what the costs are and what you can expect from us. After this first contact you can decide if FAC Hypotheken is the right partner for you.
Follow-up process: step 2 until 4
Step 2 Prepare a financial overview.
Together we determine the amount you need and the amount you can loan. Therefore you provide us with some financial information. We also discuss if there are risks and if they are acceptable.
Step 3 Discuss the advisory report.
You get an advisory report based on your wishes and your situation. We make a selection of the lender with the best rates and conditions that fits the best on your situation. We are going to step 4 if the report is understandable and you agree with the advice.
Step 4 Offers and signing
We apply offers from several lenders to fulfill the advice. Maintain contact with the bank(s) in order to reach a final agreement on the intended mortgage. Maintain contact with the civil-law notary until date of transfer.
